INGREDIENTS
Paneer - 200 gms
Chopped onion - 500 gms
Whole red chilly - 3 - 4
Whole black pepper - 8 - 10
Crushed ginger - 1 tsp
Salt - to taste
Oil - 4 tbsp
Chopped coriander leaves - 1 tbsp
METHOD
Heat oil in a pan.
Add whole red chilly and whole black pepper to crackle.
Add chopped onion and crushed ginger and cook in a low flame.
Cover it and stir occasionaly.
When change the color of the onion and they become soft add salt and paneer and mix well.
Garnish with coriander leaves and serve with chapatis or rice.
