TORTILLA WRAP

 INGREDIENTS
For tortilla
 Maida - 1/2 cup
Wheat flour - 1/2 cup
 Salt - to taste
 Carom - seeds a pinch
 Onion seeds - a pinch
 Clarified butter - 4 tbsp 
For the wrap
Pizza sauce - 2 tbsp
Cucumber onion salad - 1 bowl
Cheeze slice - 2
Egg bhurji - 1 bowl

METHOD
 In a kneading bowl mix wheat flour and maida ,carom seeds ,onion seeds and salt with small amount of water to make a soft dough.
 Keep aside for 10 to 15 mins. Divide the dough into round balls
.Roll out dough into thin circle with the help of rolling pin.
 Heat the pan on a medium flame and make  tortilla .
Take a large bowl break the eggs.
Whisk the eggs until fluffy
Heat oil in a pan.
Add onion,,green chilly, and ginger and saute for 2 - 3 mins.
Add coriander leaves and cook for two mins.
Add red chilly powder,turmeric powder and salt and mix well.
Add eggs and stir continuously .
Now egg bhurji is ready.
Place the tortilla  and cut a line from the the center of the tortilla to the bottom edge.
Starting at the bottom left quarter add pizza sauce.
To the top left quarter add salad.
On the top right quarter add cheese slice.
Finally on the last quarter add egg bhurji.
Starting with the bottom left corner and fold it up over the top left.
Then fold it over to the top right.
Finally fold it down to the bottom right.
Grease the pan and place the tortilla over medium heat until the tortilla is crispy and the cheese melts,flipping once about 3 - 4 mins.
Serve hot.
