ORANGE PAYESH

Prep Time : 15 mins
Cooking Time : 25 mins
Serve : 4

INGREDIENTS
Milk    -   5 cup
Orange cut into
small pieces
(removing the outer
thick skin,inner thin
skin and the seeds)       -      2
Sugar        -  2 tbsp
Crushed cashew nuts - 1 tbsp
Crushed almonds         -        1 tbsp
Raisins - 1 tbsp
Cardamom powder       -        a pinch
Orange juice - 1 cup
Strawberry - for garnishing

METHOD
Boil milk in a thick bottom vessel.
Once boiled keep it on low flame and stir in between thickening the milk.
Add sugar in the payesh
Remove the vessel from the flame.
Add cardamom powder and mix well.
Keep it in the fridge for two hours.
Keep the cut pieces of orange in fridge too.
Once the milk is completely cold, mix the orange pieces in the cold thickened milk
Add crushed almond,cashew nuts and raisins
in it now add orange juice
Yummy orange payesh is ready to serve ,garnish with strawberry.
