INGREDIENTS
All purpose flour - 1.5 cup
Sugar powder- 1.5 cup
Baking powder - 1 tsp
Baking soda - 1/2 tsp
Orange zest - 2 tsp
Lemon zest - 1 tsp
Freshly squeeze orange juice - 1/2 cup
Dry fruits - 2 tbsp
Egg - 3
Butter - 1 cup
Vanilla essence - 1 tsp
METHOD
Preheat oven for 180.c
Sieve all purpose flour,baking soda,salt and baking powder.
Grate the orange zest and also grate the lemon zest
Take a bowl add egg,sugar powder,butter,vanilla essence,orange zest,lemon zest and orange juice and mix well.
Mix until light and fluffy.
Add the dry ingredients into wet ingredients and mix well.
Add all dry fruits and mix well.
Pour the mixture into the cake tin and bake for about fifty mins
Insert the toothpick and check the cake.
