INGREDIENTS
Wheat flour- 2 cup
Suji- 1/4 cup
Roasted white sesame seeds - 1/4 cup
Gond- 100 gm
Sugar- 2 cup
Raisins- 2 tbsp
Cashew nuts- 2 tbsp
Almonds- 2 tbsp
Green cardamom powder- a pinch
Ghee- 1 cup
METHOD
Heat the ghee in a pan. Roast the suji on medium flame until light brown in color and give out the fragrance.
Again heat the ghee in a pan and fry the cashew nuts,makhana,raisins,grated coconut and gond one by one and crush it.
Again heat the ghee and roast the wheat flour on medium flame in color and give out the fragrance. After stirring further for 10-15 minutes, switch off the gas.
. Let the mixture cool down. Now add sugar, wheat flour,roasted sesame seeds,fried cashew nuts,makhana,almonds,raisins,coconut,cardamom ppwder and suji and mix it well.
. When it cools down, shape it into ladoos.
