INGREDIENTS
Milk - 5 cup
Sugar - 4 tbsp
Mawa - 2 tbsp
Cardamom powder - 1/4 tsp
Lemon juice - 2 tbsp
Almonds - for garnishing
METHOD
Boil the milk in a heavy bottom vessel,when its boiled add lemon juice and cover the milk.

METHOD
Boil the milk in a heavy bottom vessel,when its boiled add lemon juice and cover the milk.
After few mins, milk is fully curdled. Strain the milk in a muslin cloth. And hung the paneer in a muslin cloth for half an hour. Now we get soft paneer.
Take the paneer and cut into two parts.
Mash the one part of the paneer,take a pan add crumble paneer and sugar and cook until the sugar melt on low flame.
Now add mawa and mix well,turn off the flame.
Take other half of the paneer,mash very well and add into the paneer mawa mixture and mix well and make a shape of sandesh.
Garnish with almonds,now your kacha golla sandesh is ready to serve.
