ZINGY PARCEL

Serve : 2

INGREDIENTS
For dough
All purpose flour - 1 cup
Curd - 2 tbsp
Baking powder - 3/4 tsp
Baking soda - 1/2 tsp
Salt - to taste
Sugar - 1 tsp
Oil - 2 tsp
Milk - 2 tbsp
Sugar -  1 tsp
For stuffing
Garlic pods - 1 tsp
Paneer - 100 gms
Chopped tomato - 1
Chopped onion  - 1
Oregano - 1 tbsp
Chilly flakes - 1 tbsp
Salt - to taste
Tomato sauce - 2 tbsp
Oil - 2 tbsp

METHOD
For dough
Take a bowl add all purpose flour,salt,sugar,curd,baking powder,baking soda and oil and mix well.with the help of little water make a dough and keep aside for 30 mins.
Heat oil in a pan add crushed garlic pods and now add tomato and cook for few mins,now add chopped onion and saute for 3 - 4 mins
Add paneer pieces,oregano,chilly flaxes and mix well.now add tomato sauce and 2 tbsp water and mix it well.
Add salt and turn off the flame now stuffing is ready.
After 30 mins add one tsp oil andagain knead the dough,divide the dough into balls and roll out.
Fold it from three sides and stick with water and add one tbsp stuffing and fod from three sides and close the zingy.
Take 2 tbsp milk and 1 tbsp sugar
Take a baking tray and arrange the zingy parcel now take 2 tbsp milk and one tsp sugar and brush the zingy with milk and sugar and sprinkle some oregano and preheat the oven for ten mins and bake for 25 mins in 200.c.
Take it out and serve hot.
