POTATO CHAPALI KABAB

Cooking Time : 15 mins
Serve : 4

INGREDIENTS
Grated potatoes - 3 big sizes
Maida - 1/2 cup
Salt - to taste
Red chilly powder - 1/2 tsp
Coriander powder - 1/2 tsp
Cumin seeds - 1/4 tsp
Amchur powder - 1/4 tsp
Chat masala - 1/4 tsp
Chopped green chilly - 2
Grated ginger - 1 tsp
Sliced tomato - 1 bowl
Oil - for shallow frying

METHOD
Wash and remove the skin of the potatoes and grate it.
Wash the potatoes and discard the excess water.
Take a bowl add grated potatoes,salt,amchur powder,chat masala,red chilly powder,coriander powder,cumin seeds,green chilly,ginger and maida and mix well and make a dough.
Divide the dough into ball and make a flat patties of medium thickness.
At the top stick the sliced tomato.
Heat oil in a pan and place the chapali kabab and shallow fry in hot oil until golden and crispy.
Flipping once in between,turn the sides.
Serve hot with tomato ketchup
