INGREDIENTS
Green chilly - 250 gms
Methi dana - 1/4 cup
Kashmiri mirch powder - 1 tsp
Turmeric powder - 1/4 tsp
Coriander powder - 1 tsp
Hing - 1/4 tsp
Onion seeds - 1 tsp
Fennel seeds - 1 tsp
Black mustard seeds - 1 tsp
Salt - to taste
Lemon juice - 2 tbsp
Mustard oil - 4 tbsp
Green chilly - 250 gms

Black mustard seeds - 1 tsp

Lemon juice - 2 tbsp
Mustard oil - 4 tbsp
METHOD
Soak dana methi with one cup of water for half an hour.
Wash green chilly properly and chop into small pieces add in the blender and grind coarsely.
Heat oil in a pan add hing,fennel seeds,onion seeds and black mustard seeds to crackle.
Add green chilly and mix well,add coriander powder,kashmiri red chilly powder,turmeric powder and salt and mix well.
Strain the methi dana and mix well cook for 4 - 5 mins now turn off the flame.
Squeeze lemon juice and mix well.
Soak dana methi with one cup of water for half an hour.
