MANGO LADOO


Prep Time : 15 mins
Cooking Time : 25 mins
Serve : 10

INGREDIENTS
Mango pulp - 1 cup
Clarified butter - 1 tbsp
Mawa - 1/2 cup
Sugar - 2 tbsp
Cardamom powder - 1/4 tsp
Poppy seeds - 2 tbsp

METHOD
Dry roast the poppy seeds.
Heat clarified butter in a pan add mango pulp and mix well.
Keep stirring continuously until 10 - 15 mins in low flame.
Cook till thick and mixture leaves the pan now add mawa and mix well
Now add sugar and water in a pan and make thick consistency and add mawa and mango mixture keep stirring continuously until thick
Turn off the flame.
Once cooled, to make ladoo and coat with poppy seeds
