INGREDIENTS
Dhuli moong dal - 1/2 cup
Rice - 1 cup
Chopped onion - 2 tbsp
Green chilly - 1
Ginger - 1 inch stick
Crushed coriander seeds - 1/2 tsp
Cumin seeds - 1/2 tsp
Baking powder - 1/4 tsp
Salt - to taste
Oil - for frying
METHOD
Soak dhuli moong dal and basmati rice for 3 - 4 hours and add in the blender and also add ginger and grind to make a paste.
Take a large bowl add dal chawal paste,crushed coriander seeds,cumin seeds,salt,onion,coriander leaves and green chilly and mix well.
Add baking powder and mix well
Make a smooth batter.
Heat oil in a pan.
Deep fry the dal chawal pakora golden n crispy
Drain in paper napkin.
Serve hot.
