WHOLE MOONG DAL AND ALOO PARATHA

INGREDIENTS
Whole wheat flour - 1 cup
Whole moong dal - 1/4 cup
Boiled potato - 1 cup
Red chilly powder - 1/4 tsp
Finely chopped onion - 2 tbsp
Ginger paste - 1 tsp
Finely chopped green chilly - 1
Carom seeds - 1/4 tsp
Onion seeds - 1/4 tsp
Salt - to taste
Clarified butter - 4 tbsp

METHOD
Wash and soak whole moong dal over night
Then drain the water and boil in the pressure cooker with one cup of water and also boil the potato and mash it
Take a bowl add boil and mashed potato,boiled whole moong dal,onion,ginger,red chilly powder,coriander powder,turmeric powder,green chilly and salt and mix well.
Now stuffing is ready
Take a bowl add wheat flour,salt,carom seeds,onion seeds and mix it well.
Make a soft dough with the help of little water.
Divide the dough into a ball and stuff the whole moong dal and potato filling.
On a heated pan make paratha applying clarified butter on both the sides.
Serve hot.
