INGREDIENTS
Wheat flour - 1 cup
Clarified butter - 3 tbsp
Salt - to taste
METHOD
Take a large bowl combine wheat flour,1 tbsp clarified butter and salt and mix well.
Make a soft dough with the help of water.
Add one tsp clarified butter and knead it again
Divide the dough into equal size balls
Roll out two thin chapati.
Spread clarified butter and sprinkle some dry flour on one chapati and cover with other chapati.
Seal the edges and roll out.
On a heated pan place roti turn the roti and cook till brown spot,turn it again and slightly roast for one mins.
Now we can see the two layered edges and spread some clarified butter on one of the roti inside layer and cover it with another layered roti.
Serve with aam ka ras
