INGREDIENTS
Tamarind - 100 gms
Gud/jaggery - 250 gms
Black salt - 1 tsp
Mint leaves - 50 gms
Ginger - 1 inch stick
Chopped green chilly - 1
Roasted cumin seeds - 1 tbsp
Mustard oil - 1/4 tsp
METHOD
Soak tamarind and jaggery in warm water for half an hour.
Dry roast the ,cumin seeds,once cooled to make a coarse powder.
Take a blender add mint leaves.,green chilly and ginger and blend to make a past
Add roasted powder and black salt in the tamarind jaggery mixture and also add the mint paste and mix well,add mustard oil and mix well.
Now your mint tamarind chutney is ready to eat.
