BESAN SUJI BURFI

INGREDIENTS
Gram flour  - 1 cup
Suji - 2 tbsp
Sugar  - 1/2 cup
Clarified butter  -  1/4 cup
Water - 1/4 cup
Cardamom powder - 1/4 tsp
Crushed almond  - 2 tbsp
Raisins - 1 tbsp

METHOD
Heat clarified butter in a pan.
Add gram flour and suji in a low flame,stir it continuously for 10 mins till it turns brown and gives out the fragrance.
Heat sugar and water in a pan, keep it medium flame for 10 mins.
When it gets sticky it means syrup is ready.
Add roasted gram flour and suji mixture and cardamom powder in it,.mix well.
Grease the plate with oil and pour the thick consistency of roasted gram flour and spread in the plate.
Add chopped almond on the top.
Set half an hour in the freeze.
Cut into diamond shape and serve it.
