SPROUT AND SPINACH APPE


Prep Time : 15 mins
Cooking Time : 5 mins
Serve :4

INGREDIENTS
Spinach puree - 1 cup
Sprout moong dal - 1 cup
Grated carrot - 1/2 cup
Green chilly and ginger paste - 1 tsp
Suji - 1 cup
Salt - to taste
Asafoetida - a pinch
Eno - 1 tbsp
Curd - 1 cup
Oil - 1 tsp

METHOD
Pressure cook the sprout moong dal,once cooled to grind coarsely
Take a bowl add suji,sprout,moong dal paste,grated carrot,green chilly and ginger paste,salt,asafoetida,curd and eno and mix well.
Keep aside for fifteen mins,take appe  patra grease with oil,add two spoon batter and cover it and cook for 3 - 4 mins.
Flip it and cook for five mins,turn off the flame
Serve hot.
