INGREDIENTS
Boiled broken wheat/dalia - 1/2 cup
Boiled vegetable
(beans,spinach and peas) - 1/2 cup
Boiled potato - 2
Ginger garlic paste - 1 tsp
Coriander leaves - 1 tbsp
Red chilly powder - 1/4 tsp
Cumin seeds powder - 1/4 tsp
Corn flour - 2 tbsp
Salt - to taste
Lemon juice - 1 tsp
Oil - 2 tbsp
Suji- 2 tbsp
METHOD
Boiled broken wheats with two cup of water in a pressure cooker,also boiled the green veggies in the pan.
Combine all the above listed ingredients except suji and make a dough.
Divide the dough into a ball,make a flat patties of medium thickness,coat with suji
Heat oil in a pan and place the dalia cutlet and shallow fry from both the sides until golden and crispy.
Serve hot with chutney and ketchup
