CARROT CUSTARD PUDDING

Cooking Time : 15 mins
Serve : 2

INGREDIENTS
Milk - 3 cup
Custard powder - 1 tbsp
Sugar - 4 tbsp
Grated carrot - 1 cup
Clarified butter - 1 tbsp
Cherry - 1 for garnishing
Silver balls - 1 tbsp

METHOD
Wash and grate the carrot,heat clarified butter in a pan.
Add grated carrot and stir fry for 2 - 3 mins.
Add sugar and carmalize the carrot,mow turn off the flame.
Heat milk in a heavy bottom vessel,once boiled  keep it in a low flame.
Add half cup of cold milk and mix well.
Add this mixture into the mil;k and also add sugar and mix well.
Turn off the flame,once cooled,keep it in the refrigerator.
Now take a bowl and add two spoon carrot  pudding into the bowl now add two tbsp custard.
Repeat the process,add  carrot pudding into the bowl and lastly add the custard into the bowl
Garnish with cherry and silver balls.
