INGREDIENTS
Milk - 5 cup
Cashew nuts - 10
Almonds - 10
Makhana - 1/2 cup
Green cardamom powder - 1/4 tsp
Raisins - 2 tbsp
Sugar - 4 tbsp
METHOD
Chop the makhana and dry roast in the pan,chop the cashew nuts and almnds.
Heat milk in a heavy bottom vessel,once boiled keep it in a slow.flame
Add makhana,almonds,raisins and cashew nuts and mix well,stir continuously until milk reduced to 1/3.
Add sugar and cardamom powder and mix well.
Turn off the flame,serve hot or cold.
