TOMATO METHI LEAVES PARATHA


Prep Time : 25 mins
Cooking Time : 15 mins
Serve : 4

INGREDIENTS
Wheat flour - 2 cup
Methi leaves - 2 cup
Deseeded tomato diced - 1
Grated ginger - 1/2 tsp
Finely chopped green chilly - 1
Garlic leaves - 1 tsp
Salt - to taste
Red chilly powder - 1/2 tsp
Turmeric powder - 1/4 tsp
Coriander powder - 1/2 tsp
Onion seeds - 1/4 tsp
Carom seeds - 1/4 tsp
Asafoetida - 1/4 tsp
Oil - 2 tbsp
Clarified butter - 2 tbsp

METHOD
Heat oil in a pan,add asafoetida and tomato and saute for one mins.
Now add green chilly,ginger,green garlic leaves and saute for few mins.
Add coriander powder,red chilly powder,turmeric powder and 2 tbsp water and mix well
Add finely chopped methi leaves,carom seeds,onion seeds and salt and mix well.
Cook for few mins and turn off the flame.
Now take a large bowl add wheat flour and fried methi leaves and make a dough.
Divide the dough into a ball and roll out paratha.
Grease some clarified butter and fold in a round shape and again roll it
Now on a heated pan place the methi tomato paratha and grease clarified butter both the sides
Serve hot with aloo bhaji
