MIX DAL LACCHA PARATHA

Serve: 2

INGREDIENTS
Whole wheat flour - 1 cup
Yellow moong dal - 1 tbsp
Urad dal - 1 tbsp
Toor dal - 1 tbsp
Chana dal - 1 tbsp
Masoor dal - 1 tbsp
Red chilly powder - 1/4 tsp
Finely chopped green chilly - 1
Asofedida - 1/4 tsp
Fennel seeds - 1/4 tsp
Coriander leaves - 1 tbsp
Clarified butter - 4 tbsp
Salt - to taste

METHOD
Wash and soak all five dals for 3 - 4 hours.
Then drain the water and grind coarsely.
Take a bowl add wheat flour,salt,fennel seeds,green chilly,coriander leaves and five dal paste and mix it well.
Make a soft dough with the help of little water.
Divide the dough into a ball and roll out chapati
Spread some clarified butter and dust the flour and make fleets.
Roll it in a circle like swiss roll
On a heated pan make paratha applying clarified butter on both the sides.
Serve hot. .
