PANEERI BREAD BALL


Prep Time : 30 mins
Cooking Time : 20 mins
Serve : 4

INGREDIENTS
Bread - 8 slices
Grated paneer - 200 gms
All purpose flour - 2 tbsp
Milk - 1/3 cup
Chopped green chilly - 2
Chopped coriander leaves - 1 tbsp
Finely chopped carrot - 1
Finely chopped capsicum - 1
Salt - to taste
Oil - for frying

METHOD
Blend the bread in the blender and make a bread crumbs
Add milk and salt in the bread crumbs and make a dough.
Take a bowl add paneer,carrot,capsicum,green chilly,coriander leaves and salt and mix well.
Now stuffing is ready.
Take a bread crumbs dough and divide into balls.
Take all purpose flour and and water and make a thick batter.
Dip the bread into batter and coat with bread crumbs.
Keep in the fridge for an hour.
Heat oil in a pan and deep fry the paneeri bread ball until golden and crispy in medium flame.
Serve hot with green chutney and tomato sauce.
