INGREDIENTS
Mutton - 500 gms
Finely chopped onion - 3
Garlic cloves - 4 - 5
Ginger chopped - 1 tsp
Whole black pepper - 4 - 5
Cinnamon - 1 inch stick
Cloves - 4 - 5
Black cardamom - 1
Green cardamom - 2
Whole cumin seeds - 1 tsp
Coriander powder - 1 tsp
Red chilly powder - 1 tbsp
Turmeric powder - 1/2 tsp
Salt - to taste
Oil - 4 tbsp
Curd - 1/2 cup
Basmati rice - 2 cup
Clarified butter - 2 tbsp
Green chilly cut in slit
METHOD
Heat oil in a pressure cooker, add whole garam masalsa to crackle.
Add sliced onion,garlic and ginger and saute until transparent.
Add mutton pieces and mix well.
Add coriander powder,red chilly powder and turmeric powder and pressure cook for ten mins
Once cooled add curd and salt and mix well ,stir occasionally on full flame till water absorb it and mutton is fully cooked.
Soak rice flour for half and strain it
Heat clarified butter in a pan ,add rice and saute for 4 - 5 mins
Now take a rice cooker add fried rice,mutton pieces,salt and five cup of water and steam it.
Serve hot.
