DOSA SANDWICH


Prep Time : 10 mins
Cooking Time : 20 mins
Serve : 2

INGREDIENTS
Dosa batter  - 1 cup
Green chutney - 2 tbsp
Boiled n mashed potato - 2
Finely chopped onion - 2 tbsp
Finely chopped green chilly - 1
Salt - to taste
Turmeric powder - 1/4 tsp
Red chilly powder - 1/2 tsp
Coriander powder - 1/2 tsp
Coriander leaves - 1 tsp
Tomato ketchup  - 2 tbsp
Oil - 2 tbsp

METHOD
Heat one tbsp oil in a pan,add onion and fry until transparent
Add boiled n mashed potatoes,red chilly powder,turmeric powder,coriander powder and mix well.
Add salt and coriander leaves and mix well.
Turn off the flame.
Heat one tbsp oil in a pan
Add one spoon dosa batter and cook in a slow flame.
Flip the other side and cook for few mins and remove it.
Now again add one spoon oil in the same pan and also add one spoon dosa batter and cook in a slow flame cook for few mins and flip it.
Now spread green chutney over the dosa.
Now placed potato mixture over the dosa and finally placed tomato ketchup.
At the top add other dosa and cook in a slow flame.
Turn off the flame and cut into two halves.
