MIX VEGETABLE CORN CUTLET

Serve : 2

INGREDIENTS
Boiled n grated potato - 1
Finely chopped capsicum - 1/2 cup
Grated carrot - 1/2 cup
Boiled corn - 1 cup
Finely chopped green chilly - 1 - 2
Crushed whole coriander - 1 tsp
Corn flour - 1 tbsp
Chopped coriander leaves - 1 tbsp
Salt - to taste
Chat masala - 1 tsp
Black pepper powder - 1/4 tsp
Wheat flour - 2 tbsp
Bread crumbs - 1/2 cup
Oil - 2 tbsp

METHOD
Boiled the corn and add in the blender and grind coarsely.
Take a large bowl add corn,boiled n mashed potato,capsicum,carrot,green chilly,coriander leaves,crushed coriander,black pepper powder,salt,chat masala and corn flour and mix it well.
Divide the dough into balls.
Make flat patties of medium thickness.
Take a wheat flour and 1/4 cup of water to make a thick paste
Dip the cutlet in slurry and coat with bread crumbs
Heat oil in a pan and shallow fry the cutlet from both the sides
Serve hot.
