LICHI SANDESH



Prep Time : 15 mins
Cooking Time : 30 mins
Serve : 6

INGREDIENTS
Sugar powder -  3/4 cup
Grated paneer  -  1 cup
Cardamom powder  -  1/4 tsp
Red food color  - a pinch
Poppy seeds - 2 tbsp


METHOD
Grate the paneer and dry roast it
Once cooled add the sugar powder and mix well
Add the cardamom powder and red food color and mix well
Divide the dough into ball and make round shape.
Dry roast the poppy seeds add some red food color and mix weii
Once cooled coat the round shape ball with poppy seeds
Now lichi sandesh is ready to eat
