TAWA PANEER


Prep Time : 15 mins
Cooking Time : 30 mins
Serve : 4

INGREDIENTS
Paneer  -  250 gms
Tomato chopped  - 2
Finely chopped onion  -  1
Garlic cloves  -  2
Green chilly  -  1
Ginger  -  1 inch stick
Cloves  -  2
Ajwain/carom seeds  -  1/2 tsp
Garam masala  -  1 tsp
Turmeric powder  -  1/2 tsp
Red chilly powder   -   1 tsp
Sugar  -  1/2 tsp
Salt  -  to taste
Butter  -  1 tbsp
Cream - 1 tbsp
Clarified butter - 2 tbsp
Coriander leaves  -  1 tbsp

METHOD
Take a blender add butter,cream,chopped tomato,green chilly,red chilly powder,turmeric powder,cloves,garlic cloves,ginger and sugar and blend it to make paste.
Take a pan and boiled this tomato paste for one to two mins.
Now turn off the flame.
Heat clarified butter in tawa,add carom seeds to crackle.
Add onion and saute until dark brown.
Add boiled tomato mixture,salt,garam masala powder and mix well.
Add paneer cubes and cokk for five mins.
Garnish with coriander leaves.
