BESAN KI KHASTA MATHRI


Prep Time : 25 mins
Cooking Time :15 mins
Serve : 10

INGREDIENTS
All purpose flour  -  1 cup
Gram flour  - 1 cup
Salt  -  to taste
Clarified butter  -  3 tbsp
Carom seeds - 1/4 tsp
Onion seeds - 1/4 tsp
Oil   -  for frying

METHOD
Take  all purpose flour,salt,two tbsp clarified butter,carom seeds and onion seeds to make a dough.
Take gram flour,salt one tbsp clarified butter,red chilly powder,turmeric powder to make a dough.
Keep aside for 15 mins.
Divide the dough into two balls.
Firstly we roll the all purpose dough
Now we roll the gram flour dough and place over all purpose chapati and roll it
Roll it and cut into small pieces now roll it
Heat enough oil in a pan.
Add the  mathri,lower the  heat and fry till light brown.
Drain in paper napkin.
Serve hot with tea.
