PANEER KALIMIRCH

Cooking Time : 25 mins
Serve : 2

INGREDIENTS
Cottage cheese/paneer - 200 gms
Fried onion paste - 2 onion
Curd - 2 tbsp
Green chilly paste - 1/2 tsp
Ginger garlic paste - 1 tsp
Green cardamom - 1
Black cardamom - 1
Cloves - 2 - 3
Whole black pepper crushed - 1/2 tsp
Coriander powder - 1 tsp
Garam masala powder - 1/2 tsp
Turmeric powder - 1/4 tsp
Fresh cream - 1 tbsp
Salt - to taste
Clarified butter - 2 tbsp
Coriander leaves - 1 tbsp
Mint leaves - 1 tbsp

METHOD
Heat clarified butter in a pan.
Add whole garam masala to crackle.
Add ginger garlic and green chilly paste  and saute for 2 - 3 mins.
Add fried onion paste,coriander powder,turmeric powder and saute for 3 - 4 mins.
Add curd and mix well.
Add salt and one cup of water and bring to boil,.
Once boiled add the paneer cubes,crushed black pepper and garam masala powder and mix well.
Cover and cook for five mins.
Garnish with coriander and mint leaves and fresh cream.
