BLUEBERRY ICECREAM


Prep Time : 4 - 5 hours
Cooking Time : 4 - 5 hours
Serve : 2

INGREDIENTS
Milk  -  3 cup
Fresh cream  -  1 cup
Sugar powder  -  4 tbsp
Blueberry puree  -  1 cup
Blueberry chunks  -  1/4 cup
Blueberry for garnishing  -  1

METHOD
Boil milk in heavy bottom vessel.
Once boiled keep it in a low flame.
Mix the corn flour in 2 tbsp cold milk
Once the milk reduces to 1/4 add corn flour milk and sugar. And mix well.

Take a blender add  thick milk,fresh cream,sugar powder and  and blend it.
Add blueberry chunks and mix well.
Pour in the air tight container  and keep in the freezer for 4 - 5 hours.
Serve in the bowl and add  blueberry puree and garnish with blueberry
Serve chilled.
