MANGO COCONUT BURFI


Prep Time : 15 mins
Cooking Time : 25 mins
Serve : 10

INGREDIENTS
Mango pulp - 1 cup
Milk - 1 cup
Fresh grated coconut - 1 cup
Sugar - optional
Cardamom powder - 1/4 tsp
Almonds -8 - 10

METHOD
Heat clarified butter in a pan.
Add mango pulp,milk and fresh grated coconut and mix well.
Keep stirring continuously until 10 - 15 mins in low flame.
Cook till thick and mixture leaves the pan.
Turn off the flame.
Pour the mixture into the grease vessel
Once cooled cut into diamond shape and garnish with almonds.
