WATERMELON SLUSH

Total Time : 4 - 5 hours
Serve : 4

INGREDIENTS
Chopped watermelon - 2 cup
Sugar syrup - 1/2 cup
Lemon juice - 2 tbsp

METHOD
Chop and remove the seeds of the watermelon.
Blend to make juice.
Add sugar syrup and lemon juice and mix well.
Pour the mixture into airtight container
Keep in the freezer
After one two hour scrap this with fork and mixed well.
Freeze and scrap again.
Repeat the process for scraping the frozen watermelon for every one and two hour
Garnish with mint leaves.
