EGG KORMA


Prep Time : 15 mins
Cooking Time : 25 mins
Serve : 2

INGREDIENTS
Hard boiled eggs  - 3
Curd - 2 tbsp
Cashew nuts - 3 - 4
Poppy seeds - 1 tbsp
Fried onion - 1 onion
Cloves - 3 - 4
Green cardamom -1
Cinnamon - 1 inch stick
Cumin seeds - 1/2 tsp
Ginger garlic paste - 1 tsp
Tomato puree -  2 tbsp
Coriander powder - 1 tsp
Turmeric powder - 1/4 tsp
Red chilly powder - 1 tsp
Salt - to taste
Oil - 4 tbsp

METHOD
Soak poppy seeds and cashew nuts for an hour.
Make a paste of poppy seeds,cashew nuts and fried onion.
Heat oil in a pan and fry the boiled eggs and remove it.
Heat oil in the same pan.
Add cumin seeds,cloves,cardamom powder,cinnamon to crackle
Add ginger garlic paste,tomato puree,coriander powder,turmeric powder,red chilly powder and mix it well..
Add curd and saute for 4 - 5 mins..
Add blended paste and salt and mix well.
Add half cup of water and bring to boil.
Add boiled and fried eggs and mix well.
Garnish with coriander leaves and serve with fried rice,raita,chapatis and salad
