SPINACH TOMATO SOUP



Prep Time : 25 mins
Cooking Time : 15 mins
Serve : 2

INGREDIENTS
Tomato  -  2 - 3
Spinach leaves  -  20
Green chilly  -  1
Ginger  -  1 small stick
Corn flour  -  1 tbsp
Butter  -  1 tbsp
Black pepper powder  -  1/4 tsp
Salt  -  to taste

METHOD
Heat butter in a pressure cooker
Add all above listed ingredients and saute for one mins.
Add one cup of water and pressure cook for five mins.
Once cooled,blend the mixture till smooth.
Add one cup of water and bring to boil
Serve hot
