INGREDIENTS
Fresh cream - 1 cup
Milk - 2 cup
Sugar powder - 2 tbsp
Crushed nuts - 1 tbsp
METHOD
Boil milk in a heavy bottom vessel.
Once boiled keep it in a low flame until thickened.
Add sugar powder and mix well.
Add fresh cream and crushed nuts and mix well.
Add kulfi mixture in the blender and churn it.
Keep in the air tight container and keep in the freezer for 4 - 5 hours.
Place the malai kulfi on the plate and garnish with crushed almonds.
