CHANA CHILLY


Prep Time  : 15 mins
Cooking Time  : 25 mins
Serve  : 2

INGREDIENTS
Boiled chickpea  -  1 cup
Corn flour  -  2 tbsp
All purpose flour  -   1 tsp
Hot spices/garam masala powder  -  1/2 tsp
Red chilly powder  -  1 tsp
Salt  -  to taste
Oil  -  3 tbsp
Onion   -  1 cut in diced
Ginger  -  1 inch stick
Garlic cloves  -  10 - 12
Green chilly  -  3 - 4 cut in slit
Soy sauce  -  2 tsp
Chilly sauce  -  3 tsp
Tomato sauce  -  2 tsp
 Vinegar  -  1 tsp
Sugar  -  1/2 tsp
Salt  -  to taste
Water  -  1/2 cup

METHOD
Take a large bowl add boiled chickpea,all purpose flour,garam masala powder,red chilly powder and salt and mix well.
Keep aside for half an hour in the freeze.
Heat oil in a pan and fry all the chickpea and keep aside.
Again heat oil in a pan.
Add onion,garlic,ginger and saute.
Add soy sauce,chilly sauce, tomato sauce,sugar and salt and mix well.
Add half cup of water and come to boil for 5 mins.
Add fried chickpea/chana,vinegar and coriander leaves and mix well.
Turn off the flame.
