SINDHI KADHI


Prep Time : 15 mins
Cooking Time : 25 mins
Serve  : 2

INGREDIENTS
Gram flour  -  2 tbsp
Cumin seeds  - 1/4 tsp
Black mustard seeds  - 1/4 tsp
Fenugreek seeds/methi seeds  -  1/4 tsp
Asafoetida/hing  -  1/4 tsp
Turmeric powder  -  1/4 tsp
Red chilly powder  - 1/2 tsp
Green chilly  -  1
Tamarind water/imli ka pani  -  2 tbsp
Chopped carrot  -  1 tbsp
Chopped potato  -   2 tbsp
Drum stick  -  2 tbsp
French beans  -  2 tbsp
Lady finger  -  1 tbsp
Chopped tomato  -  2
Oil  -  4 tbsp

METHOD
Heat 2 tbsp oil in a pan.
Add all veggies stir fry and keep aside.
Again heat 2 tbsp oil in the same pan.
Add asafoetida,black mustard seeds,fenugreek seeds,cumin seeds to crackle.
Add gram flour and stir continuously till brown.
Add red chilly powder,turmeric powder,green chilly and tamarind water and mix well.
Add chopped tomato and stir fry for 3 - 4 mins.
Add all the veggies and mix well.
Add 2 cup of water and cover it.
Cook for 5 mins in a low flame.
Serve hot with rice.
