SINGAPURI NOODLES


Prep Time : 25 mins
Cooking Time : 15 mins
Serve : 4

INGREDIENTS
Rice vermicelli   - 2 cup
Spring onion  -  1 cup
Capsicum  -  1 cut into stripes
Finely chopped cabbage  -  1 cup
Chopped garlic  -  1 tsp
Chopped ginger  - 1 tsp
Chopped onion  - 1/2 cup thinely sliced
Salt  -  to taste
Sugar  -  1/2 tsp
Curry powder  -  1 tsp
Soy sauce  -  2 tbsp
Tomato ketchup  -  2 tbsp
Oil  -  4 tbsp

METHOD
Soaked for ten mins rice vermicelli in a hot water and strain it.
Heat oil in a pan.
Add chopped onion,ginger garlic and saute for one mins.
Add cabbage,spring onion and capsicum and stir fry for one mins...
Add soy sauce,tomato ketchup,salt and sugar.
Add rice vermicelli and curry leaves and saute for one to two mins.
Serve hot.
