INGREDIENTS
Fresh cream - 1 cup
Milk - 1/2 cup
Milk powder - 100 gms
Sugar - 1/2 cup
Lemon zest - 2 tbsp
Lemon juice - 2 tbsp
METHOD
Take a large bowl mix together milk,fresh cream,milk powder,sugar,lemon zest and lemon juice.
Churn in the blender.
Pour the mixture in the air tight container.
Keep in the freezer for 4 - 5 hours.
Yummy ice cream is ready.
