CHEESE AND EGG PARATHA


Prep Time   : 15 mins
Cooking Time : 10 mins
Serve : 2

INGREDIENTS
Wheat flour                                     -                                 1 cup
Egg                                                  -                                       2
Grated processed cheese                 -                                 1 cube
Carom seeds / ajwain                      -                                a pinch
Onion seeds / mangrail                   -                                a pinch
Finely chopped onion                     -                                   2 tbsp
Finely chopped green chilly           -                                1/4 tsp
Finely chopped coriander leaves    -                                     1 tsp
Salt                                                  -                                  to taste
Oil                                                   -                                    2 tbsp

METHOD
Take a  bowl add wheat flour,onion seeds,carom seeds,salt and mix well.
To make a soft dough with the help of water.
Keep aside for 15 mins.
Divide the dough into equal size balls.
Roll out dough into thin circle.
Grease the oil in it and sprinkle dry wheat flour then fold it.
And again grease oil in the half circle and sprinkle the dry wheat flour and fold it.
Now flatten the paratha with rolling pin.
Beat the egg.
 Add onion,green chilly ,coriander leaves and salt and mix well
Grease a pan with little oil and heat on a medium flame.
Once the paratha half done turn over it and open from one side and fill the egg mixture and cook on a medium flame.
Grease the paratha applying oil on both sides are cooked. golden brown in color. sauce
Cut into three pieces.
Serve hot with. sauce.
