SATTU SHARBAT

INGREDIENTS
Roasted gram flour / sattu   -  4 tbsp
Finely chopped onion   -  2 tbsp
Finely chopped green chilly-  1/4 tsp
Black salt  - 1/2 tsp
Salt  -  to taste
Roasted cumin seeds powder   -  1 tsp
Lemon juice   -  2 tsp
Water  -  2 glass

METHOD
Take a large bowl add all above listed ingredients and mix it well
Pour the mixture on the serving bowl
Serve chilled.













CHAAS

INGREDIENTS


Pudina    -  2 tsp
Green chilly   -  1
Salt - to taste
Black salt - 1/4 tsp
Roasted cumin seeds powder - 1 tsp
Curd   -   2 cup 
Water   -  1  cup
Ice cube  -    10

METHOD
Add mint leaves,green chilly,black salt,salt and half cup of water in the blender and blend it.
Add curd and blend it.
Take a glass add ice cubes and pour the mint lassi sprinkle roasted cumin seeds powder
Enjoy the refreshing drink.

 














TANDOORI AAM PANNA

 


Prep Time : 15 mins
Cooking Time : 5 mins
Serve : 2

INGREDIENTS
Raw mango / aam  -   1
Salt  -  to taste
Black salt   -  1/2 tsp
Sugar    - 2 tbsp
Roasted cumin powder   -  1/2 tsp
Chia seeds   - 2 tbsp

Water     - 2 glass
Crushed ice    -  1/2 glass

METHOD
Roast the mango in a tandoor.
Once cooled, remove the skin and seed of the mango,mash the pulp of the mango.
Add sugar,salt,black salt and roasted cumin powder and mix well.
Add two glass of water and strain it.
Add crushed ice and  serve chilled.

COCONUT LADOO WITH CHOCOLATE CHIPS

 


Prep Time  :  25 mins
Cooking Time  :  20 mins
Serve  : 8

INGREDIENTS
Fresh grated coconut   -   1 cup
Mawa / whole dried milk  -  1 cup
Sugar  -  3/4 cup
Cardamom powder  -  1/4 tsp
Chocolate chips - 100 gms

METHOD
Peel and grate the coconut.
Take a pan add grated coconut saute for one  to two mins.
Add whole dried milk / mawa and sugar and stir continuously till the sugar melt  and mixed well.
The solution will start to thicken add chocolate chips and turn off the flame.
Add cardamom powder  and mix well.
When it cools,shape it into ladoo.
