INGREDIENTS
Milk - 5 cup
Lemon juice - 2 tbsp
Cardamom powder - 1/4 tsp
Sugar powder - 1/2 cup
METHOD
Boil milk in a heavy bottom vessel.
Once boiled,add the lemon juice and cover the milk.
After few mins milk is fully curdled.
Strain the milk in a muslin cloth and wash in fresh water for 2 - 3 mins.
And hang the cottage cheese / paneer in a muslin cloth for half an hour.
Now we get soft paneer.
We mashed the paneer very well and make a soft and smooth dough.
Sugar powder,cardamom powder and half cup of milk add in the paneer and blend to make a paste.
Steam for ten mins
Now steamed sondesh is ready to eat.

To prepare Lemon Ginger Spice Detox Tea boil water in a saucepan and add lemon into the water and allow it to boil for few seconds.
Now add crushed ginger, crushed cinnamon ,cumin seeds.methi seeds .carom seeds and fennel seeds to it and allow it a quick boil and simmer the gas for 5 minutes
You will now see the color of tea changing to golden.
Turn off the gas and strain the tea and sip it on empty stomach for best results.
